Okay, you are probably thinking. What makes you believe I can afford a discount dental and vision strategy? if the United cannot afford health insurance And is it going to help me if I could swing the price? Plus, does discount mean that the United would be getting less than adequate attention?
Referrals - The saying didn"t happen as it goes, if it"s not recorded. Certainly you might have sent your patient to get massage therapy, but where"s it in the SOAP note? You better be able to track a referral somewhere, if you are attempting to get that massage visit paid. Insurance company denying the importance of your attention? Where is your documentation regarding your patient"s visit to the Orthopedic Surgeon whose recommendation was to continue with chiropractic attention? You should be documenting all referrals to and from your clinic. An auditor who looks through your notes and finds none does not conclude that you never refer. He believes that he"s found a chiropractor who fails to document thoroughly and looks to see what other blunders he can find.
Stretches. There are numerous stretching exercises which are geared especially towards the lower back. One of the biggest back issues is the lack of flexibility, and stretching exercises work on attempting to create the back more limber, and so more prepared to manage any anxiety that comes its way.
JJ: I yearn to play with Adam in Neil LaBute"s The Shape of Things. The range of emotions displayed by this poor man is immeasurable. I have done all these things. I sleep better at night with out my neck and shoulder pain keeping me awake. Sometimes I try and switch off to a bag that is enormous but I am immediately reminded with the stiffness in my neck and the head aches that follow.
