Check the policy to see what coverage you truly have and if physicians, dentist, etc in your region accepts Medicaid or HMO plans.

It"s undoubtedly common practice when an affected individual enters my chiropractic clinic to do a thorough history, examination and then, if significant, x rays.

This may cause aches and pains all around the body, not to mention headaches, and other visceral problems, and I"m discussing the non- golfer and golfer alike.

If the items that are above mentioned and cautions appear straightforward, many need to be! The issue is that if an auditor finds that any of these "principles" are missing, they understand that you are more than likely to be deficient on bigger things too. In other words, your little issues have now created a huge issue. So, do not give claim examiners or auditors more reason to experience your notes with a fine-toothed comb. Instead, make sure your documentation covers the fundamentals!
